How to use

Aromatherapy Massage Oils

Choose a quiet space free from distractions. Find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down, and warm the body oil in the hands before massaging into muscles and skin in circular movements. Start soft and work to a comfortable pressure, paying special attention to knots and sore muscles.

Body Oil

Use as luxurious daily body oils to nourish skin that feels dull, dry or in need of some extra nutrients. Smooth a small amount into damp skin to lock in moisture and achieve a silky soft glow.

Bath Oils

Add a few drops to bath water for a soothing, relaxing bath that leaves skin feeling soft. We recommend trying The Recovery Box as a soothing way to wind down after exercise and sports.
