Crafted with black mesh uppers and durable suede overlays, this edition of the Novesta Marathon Shoes offer a streamlined, sports inspired look and have been built using a combination of traditional and handmade methods. Layered sections of suede curve around the front of the toes for a tough finish whilst the toe vamp section is mesh. Grey tone laces loop between a suede border to ensure a secure fits and a square white woven label wraps around the top edge of the curved tongue showing the brands signature ‘Trampky’ logo. Around the back of the heel black suede has been added for abrasion resistance, whilst above an off-white shaped cap provides a background for purple coloured ‘Novesta’ lettering which has been capitalised for impact. Throughout the inside a fabric lining has been added for comfort, as well as an anatomically shaped insole. Underfoot the rubber outsole has been split between tones of off-white and dark grey and the black tread pattern ensures quality grip across a variety of terrains.

A sleek everyday footwear style, Novesta originally created their Marathon Shoes for the Czechoslovakia team that travelled to Seoul for the 1988 Olympic Games. With a focus on comfort and an understated aesthetic, each model is built using high quality certified materials and carries the brands rich history within European made footwear styles. Still based in Slovakia, Novesta is one of the last brands who produce purely within Europe.
