Sports and exercise can be strenuous at times. Muscle Therapy is a deeply nourishing treatment perfect for pre and post workout massages. Our natural massage and body oils are developed to glide softly over the skin without feeling greasy, leaving the skin smooth and soft to touch.

How to use

Pre and Post Workout Massage Oil

For a soothing massage, choose a quiet space free from distractions. Find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down and warm the body massage oil in the hands. Massage into skin using circular movements, starting soft and working up to a comfortable pressure.

Aromatherapy massage can be used after exercise to encourage relaxation. We recommend using Muscle Therapy before and after exercise. 

To enhance the aromatherapy massage experience, we recommend using our Diffusers or Aromatherapy Brass Burner Kit - perfect for diffusing essential oils to create a calming atmosphere.

Body Oil

Muscle Therapy can also be used as a nourishing and hydrating body oil. Smooth a small amount on damp skin to seal in moisture and achieve a soft, silky glow.

Bath Oil

Add a few drops of Muscle Therapy to bath water for an invigorating and moisturising soak that leaves skin feeling soft and soothed.

Shelf life – 12 months from opening, keep in a sealed container and store in a cool dry area out of direct sunlight.
