Kelme has been manufacturing sports shoes, primarily for running and football, since the mid-twentieth century, and during this time has managed to become one of the international leaders in its field. Athletes of the club “Real Madrid” have been playing shoes from this Spanish manufacturer for several years. Kelme manufactures its products mainly from imitation leather, since the strength and resistance to wear of this material are much higher than that of genuine leather. Thanks to a special depreciation system, the shock load on the body and feet is significantly reduced. The design of the shoe involves a foot ventilation system. The sole is made of special types of rubber and materials that provide minimal glide when playing in the hall, and is also equipped with a special tread pattern and overlays on the soles, which significantly increase comfort during the game and the level of ball control. When developing tread models, designers consulted with Michelin, the world leader in automobile tire manufacturing.
